SoulShift offers digital educational content such as question banks, PDFs, and learning materials.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable once digital content is accessed or downloaded.

• Refunds may be considered only for:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical issues preventing content delivery

Refund Requests

• Request within 48 hours of purchase

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and content is delivered, cancellation is not possible.
