Step 3: Use the VLOOKUP function by typing =VLOOKUP(lookup_value, table_array, col_index_num, [range_lookup]).
Step 4: Replace 'lookup_value' with the value you want to find.
Step 5: Replace 'table_array' with the range of cells that contains the table.
Step 6: Replace 'col_index_num' with the number of the column from which you want to return a value (starting from 1 for the first column).
Step 7: Set 'range_lookup' to TRUE for an approximate match or FALSE for an exact match.
