Step 3: To create a NOT operation using NAND gates, we can connect the same input to both inputs of a NAND gate.
Step 4: Connect the input (let's call it A) to both inputs of the first NAND gate. This means the first NAND gate will receive A and A as inputs.
Step 5: The output of the first NAND gate will be NOT A (the inversion of A). If A is 1, the output will be 0, and if A is 0, the output will be 1.
Step 6: Therefore, we have successfully created a NOT operation using just one NAND gate.
